Start with the work only you can do
Most weeks don't disappear in big mistakes — they leak away in ten-minute tasks that were never really yours. Delegation fails when it is a one-way throw over the wall. It works when it is a loop: clear instructions, a defined outcome, a check-in point, and feedback that improves the next round. The first time you delegate inbox handling or meeting preparation, expect to invest a little time explaining what “good” looks like. By the third or fourth round, the task runs itself.
