Our services
Nexa VA provides professional virtual assistance, writing, and data analysis services. Every engagement is scoped individually, and the specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your work are set out in the proposal we agree with you before the work begins.
Quotes and pricing
Because every business is different, we provide tailored quotes upon request rather than fixed packages. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once the scope and terms of the proposal have been agreed by both parties.
Confidentiality
We treat all client materials — documents, data, credentials, and communications — as strictly confidential. We do not share them with third parties except where essential service providers are involved in delivering your work, and then only under the same duty of confidentiality.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of the materials you provide to us. Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we produce for you. We may reference the nature of our work together publicly only with your prior permission.
Liability
We work carefully and professionally, and we will correct any error in our deliverables promptly at no additional cost. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
